A-share Companies Disclose Buyback Progress; Aima Completes RMB300 Million, Seven Announce First Plans
On 8 August, 27 A-share companies disclosed share buyback progress. Seven companies announced buyback plans for the first time, one plan was approved by shareholders, nine reported ongoing implementation, and ten completed their buybacks. Sichuan Shuangma led new plans with up to 100 million yuan, while completed buybacks saw Aima Technology finish at 300 million yuan, Xianju Pharmaceutical at 150 million yuan, and Xinpeng Co. at 120 million yuan.
On 8 August, 27 listed companies published a total of 27 announcements on share buyback progress. Among them, 7 companies disclosed their buyback plans for the first time, 1 company's buyback plan was approved by its shareholders' meeting, 9 companies disclosed the progress of ongoing buybacks, and 10 companies completed their buyback plans. Among the first-time buyback plan disclosures, 3 companies had planned buyback amounts exceeding 10 million yuan. Sichuan Shuangma proposed the highest amount, at no more than 100 million yuan; Dio Micro proposed no more than 60 million yuan; and Benlang New Materials proposed no more than 20.0001 million yuan. For buyback plans approved by shareholders' meetings, 1 company had a plan exceeding 10 million yuan. Liyuan Information proposed the highest amount, at no more than 30 million yuan. In terms of buyback implementation progress, Kaipu Biology, Sungrow Power, and Riyueming recorded the highest amounts, with buybacks of 74.991 million yuan, 49.9938 million yuan, and 25.5341 million yuan, respectively. Among completed buybacks, 7 companies had amounts exceeding 10 million yuan. Aima Technology completed a buyback of 300 million yuan, Xianju Pharmaceutical completed 150 million yuan, and Xinpeng Co. completed 120 million yuan.
