35 Companies Disclose Share Buyback Progress: Sanhuan Group Plans Up to RMB 1 Billion, SF Holdings Completes

A total of 35 A-share companies released 36 share buyback-related announcements. Among them, four companies' shareholders proposed buybacks, 11 disclosed initial plans, one passed a shareholder vote, 14 reported implementation progress, and six completed buybacks. Sanhuan Group plans to repurchase up to RMB 1 billion, while SF Holdings has completed nearly RMB 6 billion in buybacks year-to-date. As of July 31, 880 buyback plans have been completed since 2026, involving 704 companies, with 196 firms completing over RMB 1 billion each.

A total of 35 companies on the A-share market released 36 announcements related to share buyback progress. Among them, shareholders of four companies proposed share repurchases, 11 companies disclosed initial buyback plans, one company's plan was approved by a shareholder meeting, 14 companies reported implementation progress, and six companies have completed their buyback plans.

From the shareholder-proposed buyback plans, four companies had proposed repurchase amounts exceeding RMB 10 million. Dongyangguang, Yongxi Electronics, and Guangdong Hongda had the highest proposed amounts, with plans to repurchase up to RMB 600 million, RMB 150 million, and RMB 100 million, respectively.

From the initial buyback plan disclosures, 11 companies had plan amounts exceeding RMB 10 million. Sanhuan Group, Wangsu Technology, and TGOOD had the highest proposed amounts, planning to repurchase up to RMB 1 billion, RMB 600 million, and RMB 600 million, respectively.

Jintian International had the highest proposed amount, up to RMB 150 million.

From the buyback implementation progress, Runjian, Kangqiang Electronics, and Changlan Technology had the highest repurchase amounts, at RMB 143 million, RMB 87.52 million, and RMB 51.57 million, respectively.

From the completed buybacks, two companies had amounts exceeding RMB 10 million. Sanhuan Group, Daheng Technology, and Gongdong Medical had the highest completed amounts, at RMB 895 million, RMB 50.00 million, and RMB 7.527 million, respectively.

As of July 31, 880 buyback plans have been completed since 2026, involving 704 companies, of which 196 companies have completed buybacks exceeding RMB 100 million. SF Holdings, BOE A, and CATL had the highest repurchase amounts, completing RMB 5.999 billion, RMB 5.703 billion, and RMB 4.386 billion, respectively.
