40 A-Share Companies Disclose Buyback Progress; Foxconn Industrial Internet Plans Up to 2 Billion Yuan

On July 28, 40 A-share companies disclosed share buyback progress, with Foxconn Industrial Internet planning up to 2 billion yuan in repurchases. The updates included shareholder proposals, first-time disclosures, implementation progress, and completed buybacks. Year-to-date, 859 buyback plans have been completed by 691 companies, with 193 firms exceeding 100 million yuan. SF Holding led with 5.999 billion yuan in completed buybacks, followed by BOE A at 5.703 billion yuan and CATL at 4.386 billion yuan.

On July 28, 40 companies published a total of 40 updates related to share buybacks. Among them, shareholders of two companies proposed buybacks, 17 companies disclosed buyback plans for the first time, 10 companies reported implementation progress, and 11 companies had completed their buyback programs.

In terms of shareholder-proposed buybacks, two companies had proposals exceeding 10 million yuan. Tgood and Fabang Information had the highest proposed amounts, with shareholders recommending buybacks of up to 600 million yuan and 60 million yuan, respectively.

For first-time buyback plan disclosures, 17 companies announced plans exceeding 10 million yuan. Foxconn Industrial Internet, Sanhua Intelligent Controls, and iFLYTEK had the highest proposed amounts, planning buybacks of up to 2 billion yuan, 400 million yuan, and 200 million yuan, respectively.

Regarding implementation progress, Beijing Creat, Zhongrong, and Dongshan Precision recorded the highest buyback amounts, at 73.6363 million yuan, 30.638 million yuan, and 22.9415 million yuan, respectively.

Zhejiang Communications, Shanshan, and Conglin Technology led with completed buybacks of 70.1436 million yuan, 50.038 million yuan, and 49.9955 million yuan, respectively.

As of July 28, 859 buyback plans have been completed this year, involving 691 companies, of which 193 have completed buybacks exceeding 100 million yuan. SF Holding, BOE A, and CATL led with completed buybacks of 5.999 billion yuan, 5.703 billion yuan, and 4.386 billion yuan, respectively.
