On the evening of August 30, several listed companies disclosed their 2026 semi-annual reports. Fuchuang Precision achieved operating revenue of RMB 2.318 billion in the first half, up 34.45% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 134 million, up 992.90%. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 2 (pre-tax) per 10 shares to all shareholders. The company said that during the reporting period, the semiconductor industry recovered, and increased capital expenditure by downstream wafer fabs drove demand for upstream equipment and components. The results of earlier investments materialized, and orders on hand were converted into revenue faster. In addition, economies of scale improved gross margins, and fair value gains of RMB 41.42 million from equity investments contributed positively to current-period profit.

Changguang Huaxin reported first-half operating revenue of RMB 391 million, up 82.67% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 30.34 million, up 238.04%. The company said its optical communications business, which was developed earlier, grew rapidly. It has completed the product matrix for four types of optical communications chips: VCSEL, DFB, EML, and PIN. Product orders are being delivered in batches, and the company is expanding capacity to meet rising customer demand.

Huazheng New Material reported first-half operating revenue of RMB 2.96 billion, up 41.28% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 173 million, up 305.28%. The company said the copper-clad laminate industry is in a structural upward cycle, driven by high demand for high-end products from AI computing power and steady demand from new energy vehicle electronics. Meanwhile, upstream core raw material prices rose periodically, and product selling prices increased in tandem, resulting in both higher volumes and prices.

Muxi Co. , Ltd. also released its interim report on the same day. First-half operating revenue was RMB 1.324 billion, up 44.67% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 612 million, turning profitable from a loss of RMB 186 million in the same period of 2025. The company said that as products and services continued to gain recognition and purchases from downstream customers, GPU product shipments increased significantly, and revenue rose substantially compared with the same period in 2025. The swing to net profit was mainly due to a large increase in operating revenue and fair value gains and losses.
