Air China Interim Loss Widens to RMB2.288 Billion as Revenue Rises 10.54%

Air China reported a net loss of RMB2.288 billion for the six months ended June 2026, widening from RMB1.805 billion a year earlier, with a loss per share of RMB0.13 and no interim dividend. Revenue grew 10.54% year on year to RMB89.268 billion, driven by a 10.29% rise in aviation transport revenue to RMB84.675 billion and a 15.28% increase in other operating revenue to RMB4.593 billion.

Air China has posted a net loss of RMB2.288 billion for the six months ended June 30, 2026, compared with a loss of RMB1.805 billion in the same period of 2025, widening the deficit. The company reported a loss per share of RMB0.13 and declared no interim dividend.

During the period, the carrier generated total revenue of RMB89.268 billion, up 10.54% year on year. Aviation transport revenue rose 10.29% to RMB84.675 billion, while other operating revenue increased 15.28% to RMB4.593 billion.
