During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB 30.755 billion, up 21.22% year-on-year, while operating profit increased 49.17%. Excluding the impact of a voluntary self-inspection and tax payment matter, net profit from daily operations grew 54.36% year-on-year, and net profit excluding non-recurring items rose 59.96%. Overseas sales revenue reached RMB 2.272 billion, up 88% year-on-year, with an overseas business gross margin of 14.05%, higher than all domestic regional levels.
Aisidi's business spans three major segments: omnichannel smart retail, omnichannel smart distribution, and innovative business, providing sales services for brands such as Apple, Honor, and Samsung. The company is the largest authorized distributor of the Apple brand in China and operates the most APR stores domestically. It also serves as a sales service provider for Honor in multiple overseas countries and regions, and as a service partner for Samsung's online and offline operations in China. As of the end of the reporting period, the company operated 390 self-run authorized retail stores for Apple, Samsung, and Honor, covering 23 provinces and Hong Kong, China. It maintains branches or offices in 32 provincial-level regions nationwide, managing five major distribution centers and over 30 regional warehouses.

Channel expansion in Australia and New Zealand achieved breakthroughs, with sales gradually scaling up. In the Apple retail segment, Kudong Digital operated 269 stores, with retail scale up over 29% year-on-year and online scale up over 16%. Kuguoxingchuang operated 117 stores, with retail scale up over 93% quarter-on-quarter. The company's overall number of Apple-authorized stores in operation and its sales scale rank among the top domestic channels. In innovative business, the company newly obtained authorized retailer qualifications for brands such as Insta360 and Tuozhu. Youyou Unicom's global IoT solutions saw international shipments grow over 100% year-on-year. Its self-owned brands Wuyiwu and UOIN joined Apple's 3PP platform and were made available in Apple APR stores, with shipments up over 44% year-on-year. The new beverage brand Happy Moment saw overseas sales scale up over 88% year-on-year. In the industrial fund's focus areas of embodied intelligence and new smart terminals, the first investment, Yunshenchu Technology, had its STAR Market IPO application accepted.
