AMD RDNA 5 GPUs Target 3.1-3.4GHz Core Clocks, Launch May Slip to Late 2027
AMD has completed the design and tape-out of its next-generation GPU, built on TSMC's N3P process. The RDNA 5 architecture targets core frequencies between 3.1GHz and 3.4GHz, though it is unclear if this applies to all product variants.
