Anthropic Nears $15 Billion Pre-IPO Credit Facility Led by Morgan Stanley

Anthropic is nearing completion of a $15 billion credit facility, which is slated to be finalized ahead of its initial public offering. The financing is led by Morgan Stanley, with Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, and Citi expected to play major roles in the lending syndicate. Barclays and Wells Fargo will also participate in the facility.
