Asiainfo and Moonshot Sign Lunar Program Framework Agreement on Kimi Models and Enterprise Agentic AI

In September 2026, Asiainfo (301085. SZ) signed a Lunar Program framework cooperation agreement with Beijing Moonshot Technology Co. , Ltd. (Kimi). The two sides will focus on Kimi large models and the enterprise Agentic AI market, cooperating in the internet and broad financial industries.

Asiainfo is a third-party service provider in the computing infrastructure integrated services sector, with business covering the full lifecycle of computing power, including computing equipment selection and procurement, integrated delivery, AIDC data center deployment and operations, computing cluster operations and AI inference capability output. Its clients include internet companies such as Alibaba, Tencent, Baidu and ByteDance, as well as government, enterprise and financial institutions such as State Grid, China Telecom and Bank of Beijing. Asiainfo has served more than 1,000 cumulative clients, with a service network covering Greater China, Southeast Asia, Europe and North America.

Under the cooperation agreement, the two sides will cooperate in five areas. First, Token and API services, with Asiainfo's TokenUnit responsible for Token scheduling, metering and commercial operations. Second, private model deployment and industry agent development, providing full-process services for model adaptation, tuning, deployment and operations. Third, computing power coordination, deploying Kimi models on Asiainfo's own computing power to achieve integrated cooperation among models, Tokens and AI computing power. Fourth, a Token factory cooperation model, relying on Asiainfo's computing power, IDC and customer resources, under a model of guaranteed floor support and incremental profit sharing. Fifth, synchronized rights cooperation, under which Asiainfo obtains commercial qualification for all Moonshot model lines, covering models, Tokens, APIs and derivative services.

On the business model side, the two sides will build a closed-loop enterprise AI cooperation framework of basic models, industry delivery and continuous operations, generating revenue through Kimi Token invocation consumption, FDE service fees and derivative industry agent integration. Asiainfo will receive multi-tier revenue from Token operations, implementation services and integration services.
