For the fiscal fourth quarter ended June 30, 2026, Atlassian reported adjusted earnings per share of $1.87 and total revenue of $1.77 billion, up 28% year over year. Cloud revenue reached $1.21 billion, with growth accelerating to 31%; data center revenue came in at $461.9 million. Adjusted operating margin widened to 36% from 24% in the same period of 2025. Subscription annual recurring revenue (ARR) rose 23% year over year to $6.61 billion at quarter end, while remaining performance obligations (RPO) grew 44% to $4.82 billion.

Following the release, the company's shares rose as much as 39% in after-hours trading on the U. S. East Coast, with overnight gains of approximately 32%. During the quarter, Atlassian signed the largest enterprise deal in its history, and set quarterly records for the number of deals with annual contract value above $1 million, $3 million, and $5 million. The number of customers with annual contract value above $3 million grew more than 50% year over year, while those above $5 million grew at a pace exceeding 70%.

Monthly active users of the company's AI tools, including MCP servers and Teamwork Graph CLI, surpassed one million, more than doubling from the prior quarter. In his shareholder letter, Atlassian co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Mike Cannon-Brookes said customers are deepening their investment by signing larger, longer-term contracts.

Cannon-Brookes announced plans to purchase up to $250 million of the company's shares in the open market.
