In lodging metrics, average revenue per available room (RevPAR) for all hotels in the second quarter was RMB345.4, compared with RMB343.1 in the same period last year; average daily rate (ADR) was RMB437.9, versus RMB432.8 a year earlier; average occupancy was 76.2%, compared with 76.4%.

Retail revenue was approximately RMB1.575 billion, up 63.2% year-on-year, accounting for 45% of total revenue. In the pillow category, cumulative sales of the Deep Sleep Pillow Pro series have exceeded 12 million units since launch; in the quilt category, gross merchandise value (GMV) grew more than 80% year-on-year.

The company opened 101 new hotels in the second quarter, bringing the total number of hotels in operation to 2,175 at quarter-end, up 19.2% year-on-year; the pipeline had 811 projects. Central reservation system (CRS) sales accounted for 61.5% of room nights sold, with corporate agreement sales contributing 20.4%. As of the end of the reporting period, registered members on the platform reached 120 million.
