Employees can hail local ride-hailing and taxi services through the AutoNavi app in Chinese, with fares paid centrally by employers, eliminating the need for personal reimbursement. Companies can set travel policies by country and city. AutoNavi says the service has helped clients optimize related costs by about 40%.

AutoNavi, a subsidiary of Alibaba Group, has officially launched its corporate car service overseas, extending its domestic business car management capabilities to the global market. The service currently covers more than 40 countries and over 1,000 cities. As Chinese companies accelerate their global expansion, cross-border business travel has become increasingly routine. Employees frequently travel across borders for business negotiations, exhibitions and site inspections, and often need cars for overtime commutes and field work while stationed at overseas projects. Overseas travel often involves language barriers, the need to re-register with local ride-hailing apps, incompatible payment methods, and cumbersome reimbursement procedures after returning home.

With the launch of AutoNavi's corporate car service, employees overseas do not need to download other applications. They can use the AutoNavi app to hail a ride in Chinese with one tap, with access to mainstream local ride-hailing and taxi fleets. Business trips are paid centrally by the company, so employees do not need to advance personal funds or handle currency conversion and reimbursement upon return. On the corporate side, companies can flexibly configure overseas car-use policies, centrally managing and dispatching ride permissions for specific countries and cities based on dimensions such as ride date, time and vehicle type. All overseas spending is brought into the management system, with bills clearly traceable. The service supports multi-currency quotes and unified settlement, simplifying financial reconciliation.

In the domestic market, AutoNavi's corporate car service uses an aggregated ride-hailing model, allowing users to hail Cao Cao, T3, Xiangdao and other ride-hailing brands with one tap. The service has been widely used by large enterprises and SMEs in finance, energy, manufacturing and other sectors, and has also been adopted by many central and state-owned enterprises for smart business travel upgrades. Through unified management and process integration, the service has helped companies optimize related costs by about 40%.
