Baidu Cloud Reorganizes Platform Unit into Agent Division, Moves MaaS and Qianfan to Infrastructure

Baidu Cloud has reorganized its platform products division, renaming it the intelligent agent division, and has moved its model-as-a-service (MaaS) and Qianfan businesses under a separate infrastructure division. These adjustments took effect in August.

In addition, the company's data platform division has been renamed the data intelligence division and placed under its intelligent applications business.

The reorganization divides Baidu Cloud's model infrastructure, data services, and agent products into distinct operating units, aiming to expand its enterprise AI business.
