Baidu Group announced on September 1 that its previously announced voluntary conversion of its secondary listing status to primary listing status on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange took effect on that day. Baidu is now dual-primary listed on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq Global Select Market.

According to the announcement, Baidu's ordinary shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and its American depositary shares listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market will continue to be interchangeable.

Financial data show that Baidu's AI business revenue has accounted for more than half of its general business revenue for two consecutive quarters.
