Baili Tianheng's BL-M14D1 Plus PD-L1 Antibody Doses First Patient in Global Phase III Extensive-Stage SCLC
Baili Tianheng announced on August 6 that the first patient has been dosed in its global multicenter Phase III clinical trial of BL-M14D1 (DLL3 ADC), a self-developed innovative biologic, in combination with a PD-L1 antibody, compared with platinum-based chemotherapy plus a PD-L1 antibody, for the first-line treatment of extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. This global multicenter Phase III study is the first Phase III clinical trial of ADC combined with immunotherapy in first-line extensive-stage small cell lung cancer, and also the first global Phase III study independently conducted by the company.
