BASF Sues Apple Over Face ID Facial Recognition Patents in Texas Court

The lawsuit was filed in the U. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Midland Division. BASF maintains a branch office in Houston, Texas. As of now, Apple has not issued a public statement regarding the litigation.
