During the period from June 8, 2026 to September 7, 2026, the shareholder reduced its holdings by a cumulative 7.07 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1.73% of the company's total share capital, with total proceeds of RMB 2.584 billion. After this reduction, the fund holds 40.49 million shares of the company, lowering its stake to 9.87%. The reduction plan has now come to an end.
