BOE Technology Director Guo Chuan Resigns, Citing Work Requirements
BOE Technology announced that director Guo Chuan has submitted a written resignation, stepping down from his roles as director and board committee member due to work requirements. The resignation takes effect upon the company's receipt of the report, after which Guo will hold no positions at the company or its controlling subsidiaries. His original term was set to run until the expiry of the 11th board of directors' term.
BOE Technology announced that it has received a written resignation report submitted by director Guo Chuan. Citing work requirements, Guo has applied to resign from his positions as company director and member of relevant board special committees. Upon the resignation taking effect, he will no longer hold any position at the company or its controlling subsidiaries.
Guo's original term of office was scheduled to run until the expiry of the 11th board of directors' term. In accordance with relevant regulations, Guo's resignation takes effect on the date the company receives the resignation report.
