Boway Alloy Indirectly Supplies Nvidia With High-Speed Backplane and Copper Cooling Materials
Boway Alloy secretary Wang Yongsheng said on September 16, 2026 that the company indirectly supplies Nvidia through downstream manufacturers with boway 19920 high-speed backplane connector material and PWHC985 high-purity oxygen-free copper cooling material. Nvidia recently announced full production of Vera Rubin. Boway's oxygen-free copper resolves liquid-cooling plate welding blistering and leakage issues, and its GB300 cooling plate material has been validated and shipped.

Boway Alloy's high-purity oxygen-free copper products resolve welding blistering and leakage issues in liquid-cooling plates and have been recognized by international cooling manufacturers.
The liquid-cooling plate material supporting GB300 has been successfully validated and is being shipped in line with customer demand; the microchannel liquid-cooling material for the Rubin architecture has passed downstream customers' product and production-line certification. The company will evaluate production capacity for cooling materials in Vietnam.
