Bozhon Precision Subsidiary Secures Order for CPO/NPO Fiber Array Coupling Equipment
Bozhon Precision's controlling subsidiary Zhongnan Hongsi has received a customer order for its dedicated equipment that couples fiber arrays with optical chips in CPO/NPO scenarios. The equipment, which has completed design and is about to be delivered, automatically detects positional and angular deviations and corrects them in real time during production, ensuring synchronized alignment of 16 transmit and 16 receive channels.
From September 7 to 8, Bozhon Precision, together with its controlling subsidiary Zhongnan Hongsi, participated in the 24th ICSCR Optical Communications Conference. Zhongnan Hongsi's dedicated equipment solution for coupling fiber arrays with optical chips in CPO/NPO scenarios has received a customer order, completed its design, and is about to be formally delivered.
The equipment solution can automatically identify positional and angular deviations of components and correct them in real time during the production process. Through precise pressure control and signal equalization algorithms, the equipment ensures synchronized alignment of 16 transmit and 16 receive channels.
