In November 2024, the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the Action Plan for Effectively Reducing Social Logistics Costs, which sets a target to cultivate a group of internationally competitive modern logistics enterprises by 2027 and improve the national logistics hub system and modern logistics service network. C&D Inc.' s "LIFT" supply chain service system regards logistics services as one of its four foundational elements, with continued investment in software and hardware to provide end-to-end supply chain solutions.

As of the end of June 2026, C&D Inc.' s supply chain operations reach more than 170 countries and regions globally, with over 5,000 partner warehouses and more than 100 self-operated warehouses. The company has also deployed road transport and container shipping resources overseas. It has obtained delivery warehouse qualifications for 12 futures products, including cast aluminum alloy, pulp, and synthetic rubber. In terms of international logistics networks, the company focuses on acquiring self-operated logistics resources in Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, and has opened logistics corridors through Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam. It has also established a container shipping company that operates five routes stably.

In 2025, C&D Inc. launched the "Supply Chain Logistics Control Tower" project, building a full-chain digital platform that connects supplier admission, order execution, transport coordination, and cost settlement. The system dynamically matches order demand with transport capacity and warehousing resources, generates logistics plans based on weather, port congestion, and road conditions, and monitors logistics processes in real time with automatic alerts for anomalies, improving the stability and timeliness of logistics support services.

has innovatively introduced a fourth-party logistics (4PL) service model that integrates various third-party logistics resources to provide end-to-end supply chain solutions. This model has been applied in industries such as pulp and paper, agricultural products, and electromechanical equipment. In pulp trading, it leverages integrated procurement advantages to offer transport pricing and futures delivery warehouse services. When shipping equipment to Southeast Asia, it prepares customs clearance documents in advance, enabling rapid clearance upon arrival and delivery to end customers' warehouses. In agricultural product transport, the control tower system optimizes routes to avoid delay risks and ensure smooth grain transport chains.
