On August 20, Capital Eco-Pro completed the bookbuilding for its second tranche of 2026 sci-tech innovation corporate bonds. The issuance used a two-way allocation mechanism between 3-year and 5-year tranches, with a total size of RMB1 billion. The 3-year tranche was sized at RMB500 million, with a coupon rate of 1.51% and an oversubscription multiple of 4.94 times; the 5-year tranche was sized at RMB500 million, with a coupon rate of 1.67% and an oversubscription multiple of 4.34 times.

The bond issuance leveraged the exchange's sci-tech innovation bond policy and aligned with the company's research and innovation achievements. On the bookbuilding day, multiple types of institutional investors, including banks, securities firms, wealth management products, funds, and insurers, participated in the subscription. Ultimately, the 3-year tranche's coupon rate set a historical low for same-tenor credit bond issuance by Beijing local state-owned enterprises.

The proceeds from the bonds will be used to strengthen the development reserves of the company's green technology and green energy businesses. The company stated that it will continue to advance its 'Eco+' strategy, sustain investment in key core technology research and development, and accelerate the operational layout of green and low-carbon transition industries.
