On the evening of August 20, Capital Eco-Protection announced that its board received a resignation report from director and general manager Wang Zhengshu. Citing personal reasons, Wang applied to resign from his positions as director and general manager, effective upon delivery of the report to the board. Subsequently, Wang will no longer hold any position in the company or its controlled subsidiaries.

He previously served as operations manager at Beijing Capital Group, deputy general manager of Beijing Jinglong Tiancheng Real Estate Development Co. , Ltd. , executive general manager of Huludao Capital Investment Development Co. , assistant general manager and deputy general manager of Capital Investment Development Co. , and deputy general manager of Beijing Capital Eco-Protection Group Co.
The latest announcement shows that Wang's departure does not cause the board to fall below the legally required minimum number of directors, and will not affect the normal operation of the board, nor have an adverse impact on the company's standardized operation and daily operations. Subsequently, the company will promptly carry out procedures to elect a new director and appoint a new general manager in accordance with relevant regulations.
Before Wang Zhengshu, the duties of general manager of Capital Eco-Protection were performed by Li Fujing.
