Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL) has signed strategic cooperation agreements with Taijin Xinneng and Shenzhen Huike New Materials Co. , Ltd. , among other enterprises. The parties will establish long-term strategic partnerships covering core areas such as centralized procurement of copper foil equipment, joint capacity building, cost-based pricing, collaborative research and development, and shared use of green electricity.
