Cloud business revenue was particularly strong, rising nearly fourfold year over year. Core operating margin remained in negative territory at approximately -16%. Gross margin recovered to 41%, though still below previous highs.

Following the earnings release, the company's shares fell more than 12% in after-hours trading. During regular trading before the announcement, the stock had risen more than 11.6%.
