Cheung Kong Group has sold two four-bedroom units at its ultra-luxury 21 Borrett Road project in Mid-Levels, Hong Kong, for a combined HK$288 million. The units, one from each of the project's first two phases, were sold via tender. The Phase 2 unit on the 10th floor, Unit 09, spans 2,137 square feet and fetched over HK$140 million, or HK$65,800 per square foot. The Phase 1 unit on the 8th floor, Unit 07, spans 2,316 square feet and sold for nearly HK$148 million, or HK$63,731 per square foot. Since the project was launched less than two months ago, cumulative sales have reached nearly HK$2.5 billion, including Phase 1 transactions.
