China Coal Energy Group has established a new energy company in Tashkurgan, Xinjiang, with registered capital of RMB 238 million. The firm, named China Coal (Tashkurgan) New Energy Co. , Ltd. , will focus on wind and solar power generation, energy storage, and power transmission and distribution. It is indirectly wholly owned by China Coal Energy Group.
China Coal (Tashkurgan) New Energy Co. , Ltd. has been recently established, with Yu Jianmin as its legal representative and registered capital of RMB 238 million. The company's business scope includes wind power generation technical services, energy storage technical services, solar power generation technical services, as well as power generation, power transmission, and power supply (distribution) services. According to its shareholding structure, the company is indirectly wholly owned by China Coal Energy Group Co.
