China Everbright Bank issued an announcement stating that Yang Bingbing, executive director and vice president, submitted his resignation to the board on August 11 due to work adjustments. He resigned from his roles as executive director, vice president, and member of the board's Social Responsibility, Inclusive Finance Development, and Consumer Rights Protection Committee.
