China Guoxin and CICC Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Fund Investment and Asset Management
China Guoxin Holdings and China International Capital Corporation signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing on August 6, deepening collaboration in fund investment, equity operations, and asset management. The signing followed discussions between the two parties on cooperation directions and formally establishes a partnership between the state-owned enterprise and the leading investment bank.
