The 2026 China Merchants Bank Wealth Partners Forum was held in Guangzhou on August 11. A representative of China Merchants Bank disclosed at the forum that the bank's retail AUM (total client assets under management) balance has surpassed RMB 18 trillion, an increase of RMB 2 trillion compared with the same period in 2025.
