China Merchants Energy Shipping Unit Sells Ro-Ro Vessel via Public Listing

China Merchants Energy Shipping Co. , Ltd. (601872) said on August 13 that its majority-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Ro-Ro has completed the transfer of one ro-ro vessel through a public listing on the Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange. The buyer, Cangnan Shanhai Yuanhang International Logistics Co. , is an independent third party. The announcement did not specify the sale price or other terms.
