China Merchants Group and Changan Automobile Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement in Shenzhen

On August 11, China Merchants Group and Changan Automobile signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Shenzhen. Under the agreement, the two parties will pursue strategic cooperation in areas including logistics and transportation, automotive testing and certification, integrated finance, property management, and new energy and green low-carbon initiatives, guided by principles of openness and fairness, complementary advantages, mutual benefit, market-oriented operations, and long-term stable cooperation.
