China Merchants Shekou August Contracted Sales Reach RMB 15.7 Billion
China Merchants Shekou reported contracted sales of 388,900 square meters and RMB 15.712 billion in August 2026. For the first eight months of 2026, cumulative contracted sales reached 3.8636 million square meters and RMB 125.771 billion. The company also acquired three new projects in Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong, with land payments totaling RMB 276 million.
China Merchants Shekou announced that in August 2026, the company achieved contracted sales area of 388,900 square meters and contracted sales amount of RMB 15.712 billion. From January to August 2026, the company recorded cumulative contracted sales area of 3.8636 million square meters and cumulative contracted sales amount of RMB 125.771 billion.
Recently, the company added three new projects in Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong, with land payments of RMB 1.106 billion, RMB 1.504 billion, and RMB 150 million, respectively.
