China Railway Construction and CNAF Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement
China Railway Construction Corporation and China Salt Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing on August 28, covering salt cavern utilization, railway branch lines, green mining, and other areas. The agreement was signed by senior executives from both companies, witnessed by their respective chairmen. The partnership aims to leverage complementary strengths in domestic projects and jointly expand overseas markets.
On August 28, China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) and China Salt Group (CNAF) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. The agreement was signed by Huang Changfu, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of CRCC, and Gong Feng, Deputy General Manager of CNAF, in the presence of Dai Hegen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CRCC, and Shen Zhaojun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CNAF.
Prior to the signing, the two parties held in-depth discussions on strengthening strategic mutual trust and promoting practical cooperation across various fields. Leveraging this agreement as a starting point, the two companies will combine their respective strengths to cooperate in areas including comprehensive utilization of salt caverns, construction and operation of railway branch lines, green mining, construction of quality housing, new energy and new materials, and overseas business, with the aim of creating benchmark projects. In addition, they will carry out systematic cooperation in areas such as investment, construction, and operation of salt cavern projects, infrastructure, green and low-carbon development, technological innovation, and strategic emerging industries, while jointly exploring overseas markets.
