China Railway Group Signs Strategic Framework Agreement with Beijing's Fengtai District
China Railway Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Beijing's Fengtai District on September 11, 2026.
Wang Shaofeng, secretary of the Fengtai District Committee, said the district will provide support services across the board and support China Railway Group and its member enterprises in locating technology innovation projects in Fengtai. The two sides will jointly build a pilot-testing science and technology park, coordinate and integrate surrounding resources, and work together to advance construction of the "six networks."
Cooperation will focus on station areas, key functional zones and block-based urban renewal, joint development of industrial parks, and expansion of collaboration in fields such as health and tourism.
