The newly launched price list No. 2 covers 78 units, including four one-bedroom, 57 two-bedroom and 17 three-bedroom units, with usable floor areas ranging from 306 to 657 square feet. Discounted prices range from HK$5.926 million to HK$13.236 million, with discounted prices per square foot from HK$16,966 to HK$21,128 and an average discounted price of HK$18,960 per square foot. Taking floor level and view factors into account, this batch is launched at original prices. The project will announce sales arrangements shortly, with the first round of sales potentially taking place as early as this weekend.
