China Resources Land's Rui Jing I Draws Over 46,000 Bids, Oversubscribed 254 Times, Setting Kowloon Record
China Resources Land (Overseas) will launch the first round of 201 units at Rui Jing I, the first phase of its large mixed-use residential and commercial project at Fat Cheong Street West in Cheung Sha Wan, southwest Kowloon, this Saturday. Of these, 180 units will be offered for public sale. The project closed registration on Tuesday, receiving over 46,000 registrations of interest, representing an oversubscription of more than 254 times for the 180 units to be sold via the price list, setting a new record for the highest number of registrations for a new project in Kowloon.
The 180 units to be sold via the price list this Saturday have saleable areas ranging from 304 to 657 square feet, with discounted prices from HK$5.298 million to HK$13.236 million, and discounted prices per square foot from HK$16,538 to HK$21,128. Starting this Saturday, the project will also offer 21 units for sale by tender, including 20 three-bedroom units and one special unit with a terrace.
