China Resources New Energy recently discovered that unidentified parties had used the company's name to organise events such as a presumed listing celebration and a strategic exchange on merger and acquisition cooperation with the China Government and Enterprise Cooperative Investment Fund, and had published false information externally. The company has issued a solemn statement on its official website and has reported the case to the Nanshan Branch of the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau.
The company stated that it had never held the above-mentioned events, nor had any of its employees participated in them, and that it had never engaged in any cooperation with the China Government and Enterprise Cooperative Investment Fund. The statement clearly denies all acts of impersonation and reminds the public to verify information carefully.
