Between January 1, 2026, and April 27, 2026, the company engaged in multiple related-party transactions with related parties including the Materials Supply Branch of China Salt Group Co. , Kunshan Baoyan Gas Co. , and Kunshan Thermal Energy Co. The company failed to promptly follow required procedures for reviewing related-party transactions and fulfilling information disclosure obligations.
The Inner Mongolia bureau decided to impose regulatory talks on the company, Chairman Zhou Jie, Director and General Manager Wang Guangbin, and Board Secretary and Chief Accountant Chen Yunquan, and to record the measures in the securities and futures market integrity archive.
