China State Construction Signs Kuwait Sewage Plant Contract Worth 22.4 Billion Yuan

China State Construction (CSCEC) recently signed a contract with Kuwait's Ministry of Public Works for the North Kabd sewage treatment plant and ancillary projects. The contract value is 999.85 million Kuwaiti dinars, equivalent to approximately 22.4 billion yuan. The implementation period includes five years for design, construction, installation, and commissioning, followed by five years of maintenance and operation. The contract amount accounts for approximately 1.1% of China State Construction's 2025 annual revenue.
