China Telecom Opens Jiangsu's First Token Operations Center in Suzhou; Forms Alliance with Alibaba, Tencent
China Telecom unveiled the China Telecom (Jiangsu) Token Operations Center at Suzhou Industrial Park on August 11, marking Jiangsu Province's first facility of its kind. The center, positioned as a domestically leading and internationally aligned comprehensive Token service hub, will focus on large-model token computing power, integrating domestic AI scenarios and enabling two-way cross-border AI services with full lifecycle management. On the same day, the Token Overseas Service Alliance was launched with Tianyi Cloud, Zhipu, Volcano, Alibaba, Tencent, China Telecom International and Xinjian Yuan, forming a collaborative ecosystem to deliver 'model + compliance + localization' one-stop services for enterprises expanding overseas.

The center is Jiangsu Province's first Token operations center, positioned as a domestically leading, internationally aligned comprehensive Token service hub.
Based in Suzhou, the operations center serves the whole country and connects globally. Leveraging China Telecom's cloud-network convergence and intelligent computing capabilities, it focuses on large-model token computing power services, integrates domestic AI application scenarios, opens two-way channels for cross-border AI services, and manages the full lifecycle of token computing power, from scheduling and delivery to verification and control.
On the day of the unveiling, the Token Overseas Service Alliance was concurrently established, bringing together domestic and international companies including Tianyi Cloud, Zhipu, Volcano, Alibaba, Tencent, China Telecom International and Xinjian Yuan. The alliance has initially formed a collaborative ecosystem network spanning resource supply to scenario application and intelligent scheduling to cross-border output, offering one-stop 'model + compliance + localization' services for enterprises expanding overseas.
