China Unicom 2026 H1 Revenue Up 0.6% to 2014 Hundred Million Yuan, Net Profit Down 34.6%
China Unicom reported first-half 2026 operating revenue of RMB201.4 billion (2014 hundred million yuan), up 0.6% year-on-year, while net profit fell 34.6% to RMB9.5 billion, hit by value-added tax and labor cost timing. Service revenue slipped 0.2% to RMB178.0 billion. Computing power revenue rose 13% to RMB41.9 billion, with intelligent computing center revenue up 11% and intelligent computing revenue up 9%.
China Unicom announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that for the first half of 2026, it achieved operating revenue of RMB201.4 billion (2014 hundred million yuan), up 0.6% year-on-year. Service revenue was RMB178.0 billion (1780 hundred million yuan), down 0.2% year-on-year. Affected by changes in value-added tax and the timing of labor cost investment, net profit for the first half was RMB9.5 billion (95 hundred million yuan), down 34.6% year-on-year.
During the same period, the company's computing power revenue reached RMB41.9 billion (419 hundred million yuan), up 13% year-on-year. Among this, intelligent computing center revenue increased 11% year-on-year, and intelligent computing revenue increased 9% year-on-year.
