China Unicom's Digital Unit Sets Up Terminal Intelligence Operations Firm in Guangdong
China Unicom has established a terminal intelligent operations subsidiary in Guangdong through its digital technology arm. The new company, Unicom (Guangdong) Terminal Intelligent Operations Co. , Ltd. , was registered with RMB50 million in capital and is wholly owned by Unicom Digital Technology Co. Its business scope includes AI application system integration, AI software development, network and information security software, and big data services.
China Unicom recently established a subsidiary in Guangdong province focused on terminal intelligent operations. Business registration records show that Unicom (Guangdong) Terminal Intelligent Operations Co. , Ltd. was incorporated recently, with Wu Weibin as its legal representative and RMB50 million in registered capital. The company's business scope includes artificial intelligence industry application system integration services, AI application software development, network and information security software development, and big data services.
In terms of shareholding, the company is wholly owned by Unicom Digital Technology Co. , a subsidiary of China United Network Communications Co.
