The unit, at 2A Tower, 1st floor, Unit C, has a saleable area of 550 square feet, with a 159-square-foot terrace, and a two-bedroom-plus-storage layout. The transaction price was HK$17.05 million, or HK$31,000 per square foot.
The project has sold 124 harbour-facing units to date, with total proceeds exceeding HK$3 billion, at an average price of over HK$32,900 per square foot. Only one similar two-bedroom terrace unit remains for sale: Unit B on the 1st floor of Tower 2A, with a saleable area of 555 square feet and a 152-square-foot terrace. The Yu One series has cumulatively sold 763 units, representing over 90% of the entire development, with total sales exceeding HK$13.4 billion.
