Chongda Tech Clarifies AI Server PCB Revenue Below 10%, No Ties to Huawei MateXT2 or Kirin 9050 Pro
Chongda Tech issued a stock trading anomaly announcement, clarifying that AI server-related PCB revenue accounted for no more than 10% of total revenue in 2025 and the first half of 2026. The company also stated its PTFE-based PCBs are used in communications, not high-speed servers, and it has no business relationship with Huawei's MateXT2 or Kirin 9050 Pro chip.
Chongda Tech has issued an announcement regarding abnormal fluctuations in its stock trading. After verification, the company confirmed that revenue from AI server-related PCB products accounted for no more than 10% of its total business revenue in both fiscal 2025 and the first half of 2026.
The company also clarified that its PTFE-based PCBs are primarily used in the communications sector and are not involved in high-speed server applications.
In the same announcement, Chongda Tech stated that it has no business relationship with Huawei's MateXT2 or the Kirin 9050 Pro chip. Additionally, the SiP/mSAP packaging substrates produced by its subsidiary, Pnuowin, do not involve processes such as hybrid bonding, TSV, or 2.5D/3D packaging.
