Chuanfa Longmang Proposes 2026 Interim Dividend of RMB 0.50 per 10 Shares

Chuanfa Longmang issued an announcement on August 24, proposing an interim profit distribution plan for fiscal 2026, under which it intends to pay a cash dividend of RMB 0.50 per 10 shares (tax inclusive) to all shareholders. The plan has been reviewed and approved by the company's board of directors and is still subject to approval by the shareholders' meeting. If successfully implemented, this would be the company's first interim dividend distribution.
