21 Borrett Road Phase 1 has sold a four-bedroom unit with two parking spaces for HK$151 million. The unit, located on the 11th floor, room 03, has a saleable area of 2,193 square feet, and was sold at HK$68,855 per square foot. So far this month, the project has sold two units, raising nearly HK$300 million.
