CK Asset Sells #LYOS Duplex with Parking at HK$12.647 Million
CK Asset Holdings sold a duplex unit with a parking space at its #LYOS project in Hung Shui Kiu, Yuen Long, for HK$12.647 million. The 788-square-foot unit features a 85-square-foot garden, a first-floor terrace, and a 306-square-foot rooftop, achieving a price of about HK$16,049 per square foot. The buyer also received a HK$300,000 furniture voucher. Only one duplex garden unit remains for sale.
CK Asset Holdings has sold a duplex unit at its #LYOS project in Hung Shui Kiu, Yuen Long, today. The unit, located at Block D, No. 46, was sold together with a parking space at a price of HK$12.647 million.
The unit has a saleable area of 788 square feet and includes an 85-square-foot underground garden, a first-floor terrace, and a 306-square-foot rooftop. The transaction translates to approximately HK$16,049 per square foot of saleable area.
The buyer was also given a HK$300,000 furniture voucher. Only one duplex garden unit remains available for sale in the entire project.
