Concept Art Reveals Cancelled Warner Bros. Multi-IP Kart Racer Project Moonlight

A batch of concept art made public on September 16, 2026 shows that Warner Bros. Games had been preparing a multi-IP kart racing game codenamed Project Moonlight, a project that has since been cancelled. The game was planned to bring together several Warner Bros. franchises, with racers drawn from series including Looney Tunes and Teen Titans. Bugs Bunny and Cyborg appear in the concept art, both wearing outfits featuring elements of The Flintstones. The images also show karts designed with reference to Princess Bubblegum from Adventure Time and Bubbles from The Powerpuff Girls, with visual elements from the different works unified in a broadly cartoon-like style.

Warner Bros. had previously attempted to place multiple franchises in a single game through MultiVersus. That title used a platform fighting format and gathered dozens of Warner Bros. series; it ceased operations in 2025 after player numbers declined and management changes occurred. The only information currently public is this batch of concept art, and the team responsible for development is not yet known. It is likewise not public how far the project progressed before cancellation, and whether it ever entered full production cannot be confirmed.
