CR Land (Overseas) has received more than 8,000 enquiries for Rui Jing I, phase one of the mixed-use Rui Jing development at 8 Fat Cheong Street West, Cheung Sha Wan, southwest Kowloon. The developer plans to unveil the first price list within 48 hours after publishing the sales brochure last week, with show flats opening within 24 hours.
CR Land (Overseas), the overseas arm of China Resources Land, has received more than 8,000 enquiries to date for Rui Jing I, the first phase of its mixed-use residential and commercial project at 8 Fat Cheong Street West, Cheung Sha Wan, southwest Kowloon. The company plans to release the first price list within 48 hours.
The sales brochure for the project was published last week, and the show flats will be open to the public within 24 hours. Sales preparations are progressing steadily.
